Festival worship for Easter Sunday includes loud shouts and singing, accompanied by strings and other instruments. Slightly overshooting his sermon series’ ending, Pastor Dave Denoon will present one last message based on an African American spiritual – “Oh, Mary, Don’t You Weep.” There will be a ritual for remembering baptism.

For decades now, each Easter Sunday worship has concluded with the Chancel Choir singing, “Hallelujah!” from Handel’s Messiah. Worshipers are invited to step up and join choir members in this fun and festive celebration.
