[Sufficient applications have been received that we have entered the interview phase of our office staff search. Therefore we are not currently (January 11, 2017) receiving applications. Should the search conclude or reopen, that will be announced here first.]

The First Congregational Church of Webster Groves, United Church of Christ, announces an immediate opening for the position of Church Office Administrator.

This individual will work closely with all other staff in a role that combines quite a variety of responsibilities. Our Office Administrator therefore will need to be highly organized, detail oriented, a good communicator, and able to manage, implement and improve processes to work effectively with many others (volunteers especially, but also those who may be prone to procrastination).

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Intuit Quickbooks will prove most helpful to the right candidate. Additional skills with cloud filing systems, data management software, the WordPress web design platform, and online volunteer and survey data collection will also indicate a strong prospect for this challenging but rewarding position.

The Church Office Administrator is described at 30 hours a week and comes with a generous compensation package.

Interested individuals should direct an introductory email to Personnel@FirstChurchWG.org, with an attached résumé and the words, “Church Office Administrator,” in the Subject line.
