Boy Scout Troop 301

First Congregational Church will celebrate 100 years as the chartering organization for the Boy Scouts of America program emphasizing outdoor skills, teaching values and developing leadership in our future citizens.

Youth fellowship and education are important values in the history of First Congregational Church.  This is evidenced by the fact that national youth programs have been an integral part of our youth ministry since at least 1908 with the Boys Brigade, the Boy Scouts of America in 1910, followed by the Girl Scouts of America.
